Specialties and Research/Teaching Interest
Behavioural Science, Microfoundations, Human-Machine Interaction, Value Creation/Extraction, Management Education.
My research centers on investigating the socio-cognitive and technological factors influencing individual level mechanisms and behaviours that underpin macro-phenomena. I have a keen interest in explaining how contextual factors, technological advances, and cognitive constraints interact to shape such mechanisms and behaviours, particularly in the context of value (i.e., economic, social, environmental) creation/extraction.
I have particular interest in translating my research into creating management education curricula that blend psychology, technology, and management studies to pave the way for a transformative future of work.
